Online registration is now closed. Onsite registration begins Sunday March 13, 6 pm to 8 pm in the Empire Ballroom (7th floor)

Note: In order to give the student's rate, we need proof of student status. The proof can be either a student id card, or a confirmation from the dean of the faculty, or from the university administration (confirmation of registration / enrolment), where you are officially registered as a regular student. In short, you should have a valid matriculation number with a university. You will be required to present the proof of your student status when you register at the conference registration desk. Please make sure that you have it, otherwise you will not be able to register as a student.

Banquet Tickets

Regular registration includes one banquet ticket. For those who would like to book additional tickets the cost is $80.00 USD per ticket.

Accommodation

We have a special arrangement with the InterContinental Hotel. The rate for the AOSD.05 participants is $149 per room per night. Please use the online booking form to get the special rate. Note that this group rate is valid for booking only until 22-Feb-2005. The unused portion of the room block will be released to the hotel after the cut-off date. Reservation/name changes received after the cut-off date will be accepted at the group rate subject to availability.

Student Accommodation: If you would like to share a room with a another student please contact Shubhanan Bakre at bakrshuiit.edu. You will receive a list of other students who would like to share a room.

Cancellations/Refunds

On or before February 12, 2005:	100% refund minus $50 administration fee
After February 12, 2005:	No refund
