AOSD.05 is looking for student volunteers!

Requirements for Applicants

To apply, please make sure that you fulfill our requirements:

• You are a graduate or PhD student in the field of computer science
• You speak English fluently. (If you speak any other languages that is fine, but English is a must!)

Duties

Your duties as a student volunteer will (among others) be the following during the conference:

• Presence from Sunday, March 13 to Saturday March 19
• Workshops and tutorials: guarding doors and technical support
• Technical program: guarding doors and microphones
• Social events: guarding doors and overall help
• Registration desk and information booth

Before and after the conference, you will help in:

• Stuffing the delegates' packages
• Arranging and clearing the conference area and workshop and tutorial rooms
• Put on signs for information and messages

How to Apply

Your application must include the following:

• A short CV (no more than one page)
• A list of languages you speak
• A recommendation letter from a faculty member of your university if you are not a student of Illinois Institute of Technology
