Very rarely, the registration system may not accept your credit card number due to a system's bug. In such a case, Nippon Travel will directly contact you and manually process your transaction.

Conference Registration Fees

The application for hotel reservation is expired. When you want to book your accomodation, after your registration for the conference, please contact Nippon Travel Agency (fukuoka_ec@nta.co.jp).

Please complete payment procedure by each registration deadline.

• The regular registration includes lunch on all three conference days (not on two workshop days), a reception, an excursion and the conference banquet.
• The student registration includes lunch on all three conference days (not on two workshop days), a reception and an excursion. No banquet ticket. Tickets for the conference banquet can be purchased at the online system.
• The On-Site registration includes lunch on all three conference days (not on two workshop days), a reception and an excursion. No banquet ticket. Please contact to organaizers at the conference registration desk.

Cancellation Policy

Registrations may be cancelled and registration fees refunded until 4 March 2013 for a cancellation fee of 2,000 JPY and until 23 March 2013 for the fee of 10,000 JPY. Thereafter, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
